Seeking a charity organization or angel affiliation for this event. I'm willing to ride through New Jersey across the GW Bridge and down through Manhattan to Governor's Island and more if someone is willing to sponsor me. I would like to raise some funds for charity if possible. My local house of worship needs a new roof. Also there are numerous other organizations in need. Open to ideas! Free bike riding lessons depending on availability. Bike rental might be limited due to end of season bike sale by Bike and Roll. They have other locations throughout NYC -

To get to the Governor's Island park take the free ferry from Battery Maritime Bldg next to Battery Park at the southern most tip of Manhattan. No RSVP is necessary, just show up and enjoy the day.
